For the Fan Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 capia pepper (coarsely chopped )
  • 1/2 zucchini (sliced )
  • 1/2 red onion ( sliced)
  • 2 slices of lemon

For the Sauce:

  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Fan Chicken Recipe?

  • Make pockets by making cuts in the middle of the chicken breasts.
  • Place the zucchini, capia pepper, onion and lemon slices in these pockets in order.
  • Mix parsley, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.
