  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Gravy Sauce Recipe?

  • Heat the butter in a sauce pan. Add the flour and roast until it smells and turns milky coffee color.
  • Add salt and pepper and taste.
  • Slowly add all the chicken broth to the flour and butter mixture and stir constantly.
  • When the sauce cooked over medium heat begins to thicken, reduce the heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove it from the stove and serve it hot alongside the chicken.
