- 50 ml. milk
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 beetroot juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
How to Make Homemade Chicken Salami Recipe?
- Separate the chicken from the bones and chop it into small pieces. Blend the meat with the garlic.
- Then add the beetroot juice and other ingredients one by one and mix well. Then, roll the mixture into a roll shape in a baking bag without leaving any air inside and cool it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
