- 1/2 tea glass of oil
- 1 kg. chicken (boiled, meat diced)
- 1 onion (diced )
- 50 grams of raw almonds (peeled)
- 50 grams of raisins
- 100 grams of dried apricots
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1.5 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 bunch of dill
How to Make Honey Mahmudiye Recipe?
- Fry boiled and chopped chicken meat with oil and onion until it turns golden brown. Add raw almonds and continue roasting until they take color.
- Roast raisins and dried apricots with the chicken in the pot for 2-3 minutes. Season with cinnamon sticks, lemon juice, salt and pepper, add chicken broth, mix and cook over low-medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
- Add butter and honey to the pot, mix well and turn off the stove.
- Finally, add the chopped dill and mix.
