  • 3 leeks
  • 4 chicken thighs ( skinless)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 tablespoon (heaping) flour
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 puff pastry dough
  • 1 egg yolk

How to Make Leek Chicken Pie Recipe?

  • Finely chop the white parts and light green parts of the leeks, place them in a bowl filled with cold water and let them sit.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes and sauté it in a large pan over high heat.
  • When the chicken turns brown, drain the leeks and add them on top.
  • Add butter, salt and pepper to the pan and continue cooking over medium heat.
