- 800 grams of fillet chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
For the lemon sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 medium sized lemons
- 1/2 cup finely ground walnuts
- 1/4 bunch of parsley
How to Make Lemon Fillet Chicken Breast Recipe?
- Wash the fillet chicken breasts in plenty of water and slice them thinly. After drying them with a paper towel, mix them with olive oil, rosemary, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt.
- Heat the grill pan. Cook the fillet chicken breasts for about three minutes on each side to release their juices, in other words, seal the chickens.
- For the sauce; Chop the parsley finely. Grate the garlic and lemon peels. Squeeze the juice from the lemons you cut in half.
- Add butter to the fillet chicken breasts that you have sealed over high heat. Add finely ground walnuts and roast until they get a light color.
- Add grated garlic to the butter to infuse its aroma. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and grated lemon peels. Don't forget to pour the sauce over the fried chicken.
- Continue cooking the chicken in the sauce you prepared, turning it upside down, for about 10 minutes. Finally, add finely chopped parsley and turn off the stove after mixing.
