Ingredients for Marinated Chicken Skewers & Ezme Recipe

For the marinade sauce:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of isot
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For mashing:

  • 3 red peppers
  • 6 green peppers
  • 3 tomatoes _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup

For service:

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 lavash _
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

How to Make Marinated Chicken Skewers & Paste Recipe?

  • Start by mixing all the marination ingredients and let it rest aside. Cut the chicken into cubes, strain the sauce and pour over it. Let it rest, covered, in the refrigerator, ideally for 1-6 hours.
  • For mashing, transfer the vegetables to the food processor and chop them into small pieces. Cook in a pan with olive oil and bay leaves until the water disappears. During presentation, remove the bay leaf and drizzle with pomegranate syrup.
  • Cut the red onion as thin as you can and lightly knead it with sumac, salt and olive oil.
  • You can serve it on chopped parsley during presentation. Place the chicken on the skewer and cook in a hot pan, turning all sides, until golden brown.
  • Before serving, rub the lavash on the cooked chicken to make them taste delicious. You can serve all the recipes you have prepared by transferring them to different plates. Bon appetit.
