Ingredients for Misöriz Recipe
  • 700 grams whole chicken
  • 3 cups of rice
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt (can be reduced or increased)

How to Make Meatballs Recipe?

  • Put the washed chicken in the pressure cooker, add enough water to cover it, and then leave it to cook in the pressure cooker for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
  • While the chicken is cooking, chop the onion into cubes and fry the onions in the butter in a non-stick pot until they turn pink.
  • Then add the tomato paste and red pepper powder, add the spices and continue roasting until the smell of the tomato paste disappears.
  • After adding the washed and drained rice, fry for about 5 more minutes.
  • Place the fried onion rice on a round baking tray and pour 6 cups of chicken broth from the boiled chicken broth over it.
  • Put it in a preheated 180 degree oven like this. Take your rice, which will start to absorb its water in about 10 minutes, from the oven. After sprinkling the roughly chopped chicken pieces on top, increase the oven setting to 200 degrees and bake it for another 20 minutes until the chicken is browned. Before taking it out of the oven, if the chickens are fried but the rice has completely absorbed the water, you can pour an extra ladle of hot chicken broth over them and then take them out of the oven.
  • After taking it out of the oven, cover it with a tray to preserve its moisture and prevent it from drying out. Let it brew for 10 minutes and then serve it hot. Bon appetit!
