Ingredients for Muhterika Recipe
  • 20 lasagna sheets
  • 3 pieces of chicken tenderloin breast (700 grams)
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 1/2 cup milk

For Buffalo Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 50 ml. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the blue cheese sauce:

  • 200 ml. cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 100 grams of blue cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

How to Make Muhterika Recipe?

  • Boil the lasagna leaves until they are soft, even if it says they do not require pre-boiling. Boil and shred the chicken for half an hour.
