  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5-6 mushrooms _
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 bunch of dill

How to Make Mushroom Chicken Recipe?

  • Leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours in advance with milk, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Peel the mushrooms or clean them with a damp napkin.
  • Chop the cleaned mushrooms coarsely.
