To coat the chickens:
- 2 cups bread crumbs (or breadcrumbs)
- 2 teaspoons of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs _
- 1/3 tea glass of water
For the chicken pieces:
- 3 chicken breasts ( 600-700 g)
How to Make Oven Crispy Chicken Recipe?
- Cut the chicken breasts into medium-thick strips.
- To prepare the breading, mix the bread crumbs with ground red pepper, turmeric, salt and cumin in a bowl and set aside.
- For the first coating, first coat the chicken in flour. Gently shake off excess flour.
- Then, mix 2 eggs and 1/3 tea glass of water into the mixture.
- Finally, coat it in the spicy breading mixture you have prepared.
- Then place it on the baking tray lined with baking paper, without overlapping. Repeat the coating and breading steps until you run out of chicken pieces.
- Bake in a 180 degree preheated fan oven for 15 minutes. Then turn the chicken pieces upside down and cook for another 10-15 minutes under controlled conditions.
