We love fried recipes, but for health reasons it is better to consume them as little as possible. This recipe, which we have prepared in a more practical way and with as little oil as possible, will delight the family.
We used ingredients found in every home to prepare this crispy fried chicken. One of the tricks is to marinate it with yoghurt sauce. You will never want to fry in oil again after trying the oven-fried chicken recipe, which will give the chicken that pomegranate-like fried color and leave the taste of frying in the oven. Moreover, you can try oven roast recipes by using this sauce for other ingredients. Bon appetit in advance!
- 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons (wiping) corn flour
- 2 teaspoons of ground red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 tea glass of oil (or olive oil)
- 500 grams of chicken (preferably wings and legs)
How to Make Oven Fried Chicken Recipe?
- Add yoghurt, corn flour, red pepper powder, finely chopped garlic, salt and black pepper into a large bowl and mix.
- Place the chickens in the bowl. Then add the oil and mix well.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours.
- After taking it out of the refrigerator, remove the excess sauce and place the chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spaced apart. Bake on the upper oven shelf for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees, turning the upper and lower settings on.
- When the chicken is thoroughly browned and crispy, remove it from the oven and serve hot. Bon appetit!
