For the Phyllo Chicken Ravioli:
- 3 chicken breasts ( chopped)
- 1 onion (grated )
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
- 2 sheets of dough (cut in half)
For the Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1.5 cups hot water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of mint
For the above:
- 1 cup whipped yogurt
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1.5 teaspoons of chili pepper
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
How to Make Phyllo Chicken Ravioli Recipe?
- Knead the ground meat with grated onion, salt, black pepper, cumin and chili pepper.
- Lay the dough on the counter and divide it in half. Fold the long part over to 1 finger thick.
- Spread the chicken mince in strips on the dough and wrap it in a roll. Cut 2 fingers thick pieces from the roll.
- Place the pieces you cut into a springform cake mold or round baking tray. Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Boil tomato paste, water, mint and oil in a saucepan. Pour the sauce you prepared over the oven-baked manti and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Pour whipped yoghurt and hot chili pepper butter over the manti that has been fried in the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
