  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 turkey leg
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion _

  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper (optional)

How to Make Pressure Cooker Turkey Tandoori Recipe?

  • Cut the fillet chicken breasts into cubes. Mix with the addition of salt, black pepper, hot red pepper flakes and cumin.
  • Bake the eggplants on which you made small cuts in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Place the oven-roasted eggplants on a cutting board. Peel the shells carefully. Cut it into small cubes with the help of a knife and drain the water it releases.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a wide-based pan. Sauté the cubed chicken for 3-4 minutes and add the pepper paste. After peeling it, add the garlic cut into small pieces.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes that you have washed and divided into four equal parts, add the thyme and mint, cook for another 3-4 minutes and remove from the stove.
  • To prepare the like; Heat the butter and olive oil in a deep pot. Add the flour to the melted butter and fry quickly. Then add chopped eggplants and stir constantly. Turn down the stove.
  • Add milk to the eggplants you are mixing. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, then salt and pepper and continue mixing.
  • Finally, add grated cheddar cheese. When the cheese melts, turn off the stove.
  • First, put the eggplant on your plate. After marinating with spices, add the sauteed chicken and serve with hot roasted green peppers.
  • Clean the turkey leg well and remove the skin.
  • Place in pressure cooker.
  • Add water, salt, onion and garlic.
  • Cover the pot and cook first on high heat until steam comes out, then on low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Your meat, separated into fibers like Turkish delight, is ready to be served.
  • Before serving, you can fry it on medium heat with a little butter and spices. Enjoy your meal.
