We take our puff pastry, which fills our stomach with its ease and taste, and wrap it in baguettes, our favorite part of the chicken. Puff pastry also puffs up when baked in the oven. - 4 chicken drumsticks
- 4 puff pastry dough
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the above:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon sesame
How to Make Puff Pastry Chicken Wrap Recipe?
- Wash the chicken drumsticks, put them in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and boil them for about 30 minutes until they are very soft.
- After the chickens are boiled, mix the spices in a bowl and sprinkle the spice mixture well over the chickens.
- Take the puff pastry and wrap it nicely around the seasoned chicken, leaving no gaps.
- Cover the ends of the chicken with aluminum foil to prevent them from burning while cooking in the oven.
- Brush the chicken coated with puff pastry with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- After removing from the oven, remove the aluminum foil.
- Serve hot with a seasonal salad on the side.
