Ingredients for Puff Pastry Chicken Wrap Recipe
  • 6 puff pastry dough
  • 6 chicken legs ( boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame and black cumin mixture

For Gravy Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (can be reduced or increased)

How to Make Puff Pastry Chicken Wrap Recipe?

  • For the gravy sauce, fry the butter and chopped onions in a pan.
  • Add the flour to the lightly roasted onions and continue roasting until the flour turns brown.
  • Slowly add chicken broth and spices and stir constantly.
  • Smooth the thick sauce using a mixer or strainer and serve.
