  • 500 grams of dry dough
  • 1.5 liters of chicken broth
  • 200 grams of melted butter
  • 600 grams boiled chicken (shredded)
  • 70 grams of powdered walnuts

How to Make Recipe for Islam?

  • Boil the whole chicken and drain the water aside.
  • Shred the cooked chicken.
  • Add 1 ladle of chicken broth to a round baking tray and place dry phyllo dough in large and small pieces on it. Leave the middle part of the tray empty.
  • After putting another ladle of chicken broth on the dry phyllo dough you have lined up, pour the melted butter over all the phyllo dough.
  • After placing the boiled and shredded chicken pieces on the dough, sprinkle the ground walnuts.
  • Repeat the same process three more times.
  • Place the remaining boiled, shredded chicken in the empty part in the middle of the tray.
  • Finally, after sprinkling the powdered walnuts on top, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and serve hot.
