For Soup:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 glasses of water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons of rice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For finishing:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the above:
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
How to Make Restaurant Style Chicken Soup Recipe?
- Wash the chicken breasts and put them in a deep pot, add 8 glasses of water and let them boil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
