The whole chicken is a sumptuous dish that will entertain even the largest guests at the largest banquet table. Now let's cook a whole chicken cooked like Turkish delight, which we all love, in salt. This delicious dish, which is surprising for most of us, impresses with the ease of preparation and the taste it offers. Moreover, since it is cooked slowly in salt, it absorbs all the minerals in the salt and becomes very delicious. Here is our delicious salted chicken recipe, which is cooked softly and surprises with its different cooking technique.

If you expect a chicken cooked in all this salt to be too salty to eat, you are wrong, because the layer of salt surrounding it acts as a kind of tandoor on the chicken, allowing it to cook evenly and softly, but it does not penetrate inside. So you may even need to add extra salt after serving. Moreover, since you have to break the salt with the help of a hammer after bringing it to the table, the added bonus of this beauty is that you can make a pleasant and visually different presentation to your guests. Bon appetit in advance.
