- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 chicken fillets

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
