- 1 chicken leg ( with hips)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 liters of water
- 1 tea glass of vermicelli
For finishing:
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1.5 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg yolk

- 1 teaspoon of mint (optional)
How to Make Seasoned Chicken Soup Recipe?
- In a deep pot, boil the hips with 2 bay leaves, half a teaspoon of salt and 2 liters of water.
- For seasoning the soup; Transfer 1 cup of yoghurt, 1.5 tablespoons of flour, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of salt and the juice of half a lemon into a bowl.
- Whisk until you get a smooth consistency.
- After the chicken in the pot is boiled, remove the chicken and bay leaves and shred the chicken finely.
- Take 1 bran from the boiled water of the chicken and slowly pour it into the marinade you have prepared and equalize it with the temperature of the water.
- After the temperature equalizes, transfer the entire marinade mixture to the soup pot.
- Add 1 tea glass of vermicelli and shredded chicken and continue cooking the soup over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring in between.
