- 2 chicken breasts ( sliced)
- 3 green bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion (chopped )
- 1 carrot (grated )
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 6 tablespoons cheddar cheese (diced)
- 1 glass of hot water
How to Make Single Pan Stuffing Recipe?
- Place the sliced chicken breasts in a large pot with enough water to cover them.
- After the chicken is cooked, shred it well with a fork or spatula in the same pot. Add oils to it. Mix.
- After the oil has melted and combined with the chicken, add the chopped onions. Mix.
- Add grated carrots, chopped garlic and spices and continue mixing.
- Cut green bell peppers in half. Fill the gaps in the middle with 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture. Put the filled peppers into the same pot. Fill 1 cup of hot water.
- Place the diced cheddar cheese on top of the stuffed vegetables.
- Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
