Ingredients for Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tea glass soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 capia peppers
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 5 tablespoons of oil (or olive oil)

How to Make Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe?

  • Chop the chicken for sautéing, mix it with garlic, ginger and soy sauce and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • Chop the vegetables julienne and sauté them in a heated pan with oil.
  • In another pan, roast the chicken marinated in soy sauce. Don't forget to remove the ginger at this stage.
  • When the chicken has absorbed the water, add the vegetables to the pan and fry them all together, adding a little more soy sauce.
