Ingredients for Spicy Roasted Chicken Recipe
  • 3 chicken legs ( or 500 g minced chicken)
  • 1 kg. Red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 green peppers
  • 2 red green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of isot
  • 3/4 tea glass of olive oil
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For service:

  • 6-7 pieces of lavash
  • 2-3 radishes _
  • 1 tomato _
  • 1 lemon _
  • 2-3 roasted peppers
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dry or fresh)

How to Make Spicy Roasted Chicken Recipe?

  • Put olive oil and butter in the pan, heat it, add coarsely chopped onions, garlic and salt and cook until it softens.
  • Separate the chicken thighs from the bones and skin and chop them in the food processor. If you wish, you can also use minced chicken.
  • Place the chicken in a deep pot, add cold water and salt and boil over medium heat. Remove the foam that forms during boiling with a spoon.
  • Add coarsely chopped peppers, spices and tomato paste to the softened onions. Finally, put the cooked chicken into the pan with its water and turn the heat down to low and let it cook. When the mixture absorbs its water and thickens into oil, it is ready to roast.
  • For the presentation, you can make a delicious presentation by pressing the pita or lavash into the oven and adding plenty of roasted meat, roasted peppers, radishes, tomato slices, fresh mint and some lemon juice. Enjoy your meal.
