Ingredients for Spinach Chicken Wrap Recipe
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs ( you can also use chops or thighs)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For Tomato Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 150 grams of fresh cheddar cheese

How to Make Spinach Chicken Wrap Recipe?

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Heat the olive oil in a heated pan for 2-3 minutes and sauté the onions.
  • Add the garlic to the sautéed onion and slowly add the spinach.
  • Cook the spinach, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.
  • Thin the chicken by pounding it between two stretch films using a rolling pin.
  • Add salt and garlic powder to both surfaces and add spinach in the middle.
  • Roll it up and secure the chicken wraps with the help of toothpicks.
  • Cook the wrapped chickens in a greased pan.
  • Remove the lightly cooked chicken from the pan and add butter to the pan in which you cooked the chicken.
  • Add tomato puree, pepper paste, black pepper to the melted butter and boil the sauce.
  • First place your stuffed chicken in a heat-resistant glass container, then add tomato sauce and grated cheddar cheese and bake.
