New Year's excuse, stuffed turkey is amazing. It would be great if we could easily find these turkeys in every butcher shop except for New Year's Eve, but I'm sure butchers will improve themselves in this regard.

- 1 medium size whole turkey (3-4 kg)
For the inside:

How to Make Stuffed Turkey Recipe?
- Mix butter and spices in a deep bowl.
- Roughly slice the lemon, orange, carrot and onion.
- For coating, spread the oil mixed with spices on the outside and under the skin of the turkey with your hands.
- Place the roughly chopped ingredients into the turkey along with 2-3 cloves of garlic.
- Tie the turkey's legs, especially the other points that can be opened, or tighten them with a toothpick. Chop the carrot and onion into large cubes. Add some oil, black pepper and salt and mix.
- Spread the mixture you prepared on the tray or transfer it to the oven bag. Place the tied turkey on top and put it in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- For the pilaf; Soak the rice in warm water for about 30 minutes, wash and drain well. Chop the onions and add them to the pot. Fry until the onions turn pink.
