  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons grape vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

How to Make Sweet and Sour Sauce Chicken Recipe?

  • Cut the green bell pepper, which you cut in half and remove its seeds, the spring onions, the peeled medium-sized carrot and the pineapple slices into large pieces.
  • Heat the olive oil in a wok if possible. Add the chopped vegetables along with the pineapple and sauté for 5 minutes over high heat.
  • For sweet-sour sauce; After mixing corn starch with water, transfer it to a sauce pot. Add ketchup, grape vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce and honey. Boil all the ingredients over low heat, stirring.
  • Chop the fillet chicken breast into large cubes. For the coating mixture, mix the egg, flour, corn starch, baking powder and water in a small bowl with a whisk.
