Ingredients for Sweet Spicy Boneless Chicken Wings Recipe

For chickens:

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 80 grams of cheddar cheese

For sauce:

  • 4 pears
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1.5 tablespoons of starch
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

For the above:

  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of chili pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Sweet Spicy Boneless Chicken Wings Recipe?

  • Scrape the bones of the chicken wings without tearing the skin.
  • Season with salt, oil, garlic and black pepper and let it rest in the refrigerator.
  • Roast the chicken bones you removed, add water and obtain a chicken broth.
