Ingredients for a Single Wrap Recipe That Can Be Eaten on a First Date

For chicken marinade:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

For service:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bowl of strained yoghurt
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 5-6 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • 5-6 branches of arugula
  • 4 lavash (pita or tandoori bread is also suitable )

How to Make The Only Wrap Recipe to Eat on a First Date?

  • Add yoghurt, juice and peel of 1/2 lemon, chopped garlic, spices and olive oil into a deep bowl and mix.
  • You can add chicken pieces into it and keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour or up to a day.
  • Scrape off excess sauce from the chickens and place them on a tray lined with baking paper so that they do not touch each other. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, turning upside down, until golden brown.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt to the strained yoghurt and mix well.
  • Remove the seeds of the cucumbers and chop them into thin pieces. Chop fresh mint leaves into thin strips and add them to the yoghurt mixture.
  • As soon as the chickens come out of the oven, cover them with lavash and allow their flavors and heat to integrate.
  • Spread cucumber and yoghurt sauce in the middle of the lavash, add arugula, chicken pieces, tomatoes and onions respectively, sprinkle with salt, then roll it up and enjoy.
