Ingredients for Thyme Chicken and Turmeric Pasta Recipe

For pasta:

  • 1/2 pack of pencil pasta
  • 1/2 tea glass of cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oil

For chicken:

  • 1 kilogram of chicken
  • 2 teaspoons of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 box of cream (let's reserve 1/2 tea glass for pasta)
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Thyme Chicken and Turmeric Pasta Recipe?

  • First, we sauce the diced fillets. We mix it with thyme, black pepper, chili pepper, vinegar, garlic and salt and leave it to rest for at least an hour if you have time. Otherwise, you can start cooking immediately.
  • We cook the chickens in a Teflon pan over high heat without touching each other to prevent them from releasing their juices. We cook all the chickens by turning them upside down in a few batches.
  • We put all the cooked chicken into the pan, pour half a tea glass of the cream from a box over it and cook for another 5 minutes. We take it to rest.
  • We boil half a pack of pasta in water to which we add salt and a little oil. After draining, we add two tablespoons of butter, half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a tea glass of cream and fry for 2-3 minutes. Pasta is also ready. Enjoy your meal.
