- 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 bottle of soda
- 500 grams of turkey leg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 sprigs of rosemary

How to Make Turkey Skewers with Orange Sauce Recipe?
- Take yoghurt, orange juice and olive oil in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- Add soda and continue mixing.
- Dip the cubed turkey legs into the marinating sauce. Add salt, black pepper and rosemary.
- To strengthen the aroma, add orange slices and rosemary to the meat and cover the container with stretch film to prevent air tightness.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
