- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tablespoon of salt

- First, rub it all over with salt, then rub the whole chicken with lemon. This way, there will be no unpleasant chicken smell while the chicken is cooking.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce well in a bowl and rub it all over the chicken.
- Tie the chicken's feet with a string to prevent them from opening while cooking.
