  • 1.5 cups of yoghurt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 piece of chicken breast
  • 7 glasses of water
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Yogurt Chicken Soup Recipe?

  • Place a piece of chicken breast in a deep pot, add 7 glasses of water, turn on the stove and boil until the chicken meat is cooked.
  • After the chicken is boiled, take it out of the water, shred it and reserve a bowlful of it.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt, egg yolks and flour well and add them slowly to the boiling chicken broth, whisking quickly. It is very important to mix quickly and add slowly to prevent the yoghurt from curdling.
  • After adding the yoghurt mixture, cook it until it boils again, stirring constantly.
  • Then add the chicken meat that you shredded and set aside, grate the garlic into it and stir until it boils again.
  • Before turning off the heat of your soup, add salt and lemon juice. When it starts to boil again, turn off the heat.
