We are not talking about a simple wrap. We are talking about a recipe that will make you want to set a table and dirty forks and knives. Moreover, this flavor is as easy as other wraps. The only difference is that we add the yoghurt that we cannot give up and the melted butter that we season.
With this recipe, you can turn your weekends, late dinners and short lunch time into a feast.
We used yoghurt without garlic, but if you wish, you can use yoghurt with garlic without separating these two. Let us tell you, bon appetit.
- 250 grams of chicken thigh (cut into cubes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1/2 tomato _
- 1 pinch chopped parsley
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
For the above:
- 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
How to Make Yogurt Chicken Wrap Recipe?
- Grate the tomato.
- Chop the pepper and chicken into cubes.
- Heat the pan and add olive oil to the heated pan.
- Add the chicken after 1-2 minutes.
- After adding the chicken, cook it by turning it over with the help of a spatula.
- When the chicken releases its water and withdraws it, add tomatoes, peppers and red onions.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, turning it over with the help of a spatula, add the parsley and remove it from the stove.
- Add the chicken mixture into the tortilla bread and wrap it.
- Melt the butter and add the chili pepper.
- Pour the yoghurt over the prepared wraps and pour the seasoned butter on top. That's it, bon appetit!
