Ingredients for Almond Sea Bream and Potato Salad Recipe
  • 1 large size sea bream
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw almonds

For potato salad:

  • 4 small fresh potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper paste
  • 4 stuffed olives with orange and lemon
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 sprig of spring onion
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of isot
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make Almond Sea Bream and Potato Salad Recipe?

  • To prepare the potato salad; Boil fresh potatoes in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Strain the boiled potatoes and keep them aside to cool. After peeling them, chop them into large cubes.
  • Finely chop the parsley and spring onions. Cut the orange and lemon stuffed olives into rings. For the sauce; Mix sweet pepper paste, tomato paste, isot, salt, olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Mix the sauce with the chopped greens and baby potatoes. While serving, keep it on lettuce leaves to serve with the fish.
  • Cut raw almonds in half to release their aroma. After cleaning the large size sea bream, remove its bones. Prepare four pieces of fillet sea bream for two people.
  • Melt the butter in the pan. Fry the fillet sea bream on high heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Then add the raw almonds and reduce the heat.
  • Pour the melted butter over the fish and cook it with the almonds over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve the almond sea bream on a serving plate with the potato salad without waiting.
