  • 1 kilogram of anchovy
  • 1/2 bunch of spring onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion _
  • 3 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 cups sunflower oil
  • 1 cup corn flour (for coating)

How to Make Anchovy Bird Recipe?

  • The heads and bones of the anchovies are removed and washed.
  • Grate the onion and squeeze out its juice. Parsley and spring onion are finely chopped. Mix onion, parsley, spring onion, corn flour, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  • 4 sorted anchovies are placed side by side. It is filled, covered with an anchovy and squeezed slightly.
  • It is coated in corn flour. It is thrown into hot oil and fried. Enjoy your meal.
