- 500 grams of anchovies (sorted and washed)
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 glass of oil (for frying)
For service:
- 2 pieces of bread
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1/2 bunch of arugula
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
How to Make Anchovy Pan Bread Recipe?
- Mix corn flour and salt in a plate. Lightly coat both sides of the fish with cornmeal. Shake off any excess.
- Heat the oil in a suitable pan. Add the fish and fry on both sides. Make sure the oil is hot.
- Place it on a serving plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve on bread with the ingredients you want. Enjoy your meal.
