Ingredients for Anchovy Pan Bread Recipe
  • 500 grams of anchovies (sorted and washed)
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 glass of oil (for frying)

For service:

  • 2 pieces of bread
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch of arugula
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 lemon 

How to Make Anchovy Pan Bread Recipe?

  • Mix corn flour and salt in a plate. Lightly coat both sides of the fish with cornmeal. Shake off any excess.
  • Heat the oil in a suitable pan. Add the fish and fry on both sides. Make sure the oil is hot.
  • Place it on a serving plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve on bread with the ingredients you want. Enjoy your meal.
