Ingredients for Hamsikoli Recipe
  • 500 grams of anchovies (washed, cleaned)
  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 large size onion
  • 6-7 sprigs of spring onion
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 3 cups corn flour
  • 1 glass of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Anchovy Recipe?

  • After washing and cleaning the chard, parsley, dill and spring onion with plenty of water, chop them all finely and place them in a deep bowl.
  • Take the anchovies and chop them into small pieces, then add them to the chopped greens.
  • After chopping the onion finely, rub it well with some salt, then rinse it with water and add it to the mixture.
  • Add corn flour, salt, black pepper, olive oil and hot water and knead all the ingredients. The mixture you prepare should have a consistency between cake dough and cookie dough.
  • Grease a baking tray well with butter and pour the mixture into the container. After smoothing the top, bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 60 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • After removing from the oven, slice and serve hot or warm.
