- 1 small bowl of mozzarella cheese
- 1 small bowl of parmesan
- 1 cup pasta water
How to Make Artichoke and Shrimp Twist Pasta Recipe?
- Sauté the cleaned shrimps in butter with 2 cloves of garlic and set aside.
- Boil the artichoke bowls in enough lemon water to cover them for 10 minutes until they are slightly firm, drain them, cut them into equal triangles according to their size, and set them aside.
- Melt the butter, lightly fry 4-5 cloves of garlic, then 5-6 finely chopped green peppers, 1 large capia pepper, add the sliced artichokes and tomatoes and fry for a while.
- Add about 200 grams of previously boiled pasta, shrimp, thyme, black pepper, dried basil and salt. After mixing it well, remove it from the stove immediately.
- Sprinkle and mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then place in the baking tray. Grate mozzarella cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
