Ingredients for Avocado Puree Shrimp Recipe
  • 4 jumbo shrimps
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/4 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 dried tomato
  • 4 leaves of parmesan cheese
  • 2 sprigs of chervil
  • 2 drops of truffle oil
  • 1 slice of lime (green lemon)

How to Make Avocado Puree Shrimp Recipe?

  • Wash the cleaned jumbo shrimps in plenty of water. After boiling in boiling water for a short time, remove the shell and head parts. Leave the tail parts on.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and peel the skin; Puree in the food processor with the addition of freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Spread the avocado puree in a thin line in the middle of the serving plate.
  • Place the shrimps on top of the puree. Add parmesan cheese leaves next to the shrimp.
  • Place the dried tomatoes, chervil and lime slices chopped into small pieces on the plate while serving.
  • Finally, drizzle a few drops of truffle oil on the shrimp and serve them cold without waiting.
