- 250 grams jumbo shrimp
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 small size onion
- 1/4 bunch of parsley

- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
For the Avocado with Mustard Sauce:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 tea glass of extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon finely ground coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make Avocado Shrimp Recipe with Mustard Sauce?
- Transfer the peeled onion, parsley, grape vinegar and black pepper into a small pot. Add water and boil over medium heat.
- Add the cleaned jumbo shrimps to the boiling aromatic water and boil for 8-10 minutes.
- After draining the boiled shrimps, place them in a deep mixing bowl.
- To prepare the sauce; Cut ripe avocados in half. Remove large seeds. After peeling them, chop two of them into large pieces and transfer them to the mixing bowl.
