If you love anchovies, here is a recipe that is both very easy to make and very delicious. You will create delicious fish tables with baked anchovies, which are much lighter than fried ones.

 
Ingredients for Baked Anchovy Recipe
  • 500 grams of anchovy
  • 3 potatoes _
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 onions _
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon _

How to Make Baked Anchovy Recipe?

  • After washing the anchovies and draining the water, we add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, garlic, thyme, rosemary, black pepper and chili peppers and mix.
  • We arrange the potatoes cut into rings in a row in our baking dish. We add onion and peppers to it.
  • We also arrange anchovies on top. We sprinkle breadcrumbs on the anchovies.
  • We pour it thinly and drizzle some more olive oil over the anchovies.
  • We add parsley and lemon slices, cover it with baking paper and bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
  • We put it on baking paper and remove it when it is fried. Enjoy your meal.
