Dietitians definitely include fish in their nutrition lists, and experts often recommend fish with high omega 3 content for health. However, unfortunately, we do not consume fish as often as we consume red meat or chicken. Some of us don't like the smell, some don't like the taste. However, fish is both very healthy and delicious when combined with the right ingredients. One of the most delicious of these fish is the oven-baked chinekop recipe. The secret of this recipe, which combines lightness with flavor, is hidden in garlic.

Perhaps the most suitable ingredients for fish are aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil), garlic and lemon. This time, we prepared a sauce with the support of garlic, olive oil and spices without adding lemon slices. We combined it with chinekops and put it in the oven. One of the biggest mistakes made when cooking fish is overcooking it in the oven and then drying it. Therefore, pay attention to the cooking time! We already wish you good luck and invite you to our recipe full of health and taste.
