Ingredients for Baked Chinekop Recipe
  • 8 chinacopes _
  • 3 potatoes _
  • 2 onions _
  • 1-2 sprigs of parsley

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 tea glass (2 fingers missing) oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 sprigs of rosemary

How to Make Baked Chinekop Recipe?

  • Clean, wash and drain the fish. Prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients, pour it on the fish and mix well.
  • Peel and slice the potatoes, place them on a baking paper-lined tray. Peel and slice the onions and arrange them on the potatoes. Arrange the fish on top and pour the remaining sauce over it.
  • Finally, slice the lemon and add parsley and lay it on soaked wax paper. Bake this in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Then remove the paper and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
