- 8 chinacopes _
- 3 potatoes _
- 2 onions _
- 1-2 sprigs of parsley
For the sauce:
- 1/2 tea glass (2 fingers missing) oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
How to Make Baked Chinekop Recipe?
- Clean, wash and drain the fish. Prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients, pour it on the fish and mix well.
- Peel and slice the potatoes, place them on a baking paper-lined tray. Peel and slice the onions and arrange them on the potatoes. Arrange the fish on top and pour the remaining sauce over it.
- Finally, slice the lemon and add parsley and lay it on soaked wax paper. Bake this in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
