Every fish is beautiful in its season. Garfish is a fish that children will love due to its appearance, and we can make it more eye-catching with the shape we give it while cooking.

- 1 kilogram garfish
- 1 bunch of basil
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic

How to Make Baked Garfish Recipe?
- Garfish heads are cut off. The insides are cleaned and the bones are removed without damaging the fish. This stage is very important to give the fish the shape we want.
- Add olive oil to a suitable container, add the chopped basil, bay leaf and garlic, mix and prepare our marinade.
- Fish are placed in the prepared marinade and marinated in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The marinating process is very important in terms of flavoring the fish.
- The onions are chopped brunoise (too small for edible use). Peppers are chopped into cubes. Place it in a suitable pan and cook it until the onions change color.
- Peppers are added into it, sautéed quickly over high heat and cooked. Add salt and pepper and remove from the stove.
- Mini vegetables are very popular with children due to their size and appearance. Mini vegetables are boiled in salted water and lightly cooked.
- It is taken out of the water and placed in cold water to prevent it from losing its colour. It is then sautéed in a pan and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Broccoli is a vegetable that is not liked very much by children. The biggest reason why it is not liked is its smell.
- Lemon should be added to the boiling water to suppress its odor. Broccoli should be boiled in salty and lemon water and cooled in cold water.
- Marinated fish are removed. The fish is wrapped around the cut head, the same process is done for all fish.
- It is placed vertically on the baking tray. Medium-sized mushrooms are scratched and placed on the same tray with the fish. The fish is baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Colored peppers are placed on the plate, little by little, and the fish is placed upright in the middle.
- Broccoli, carrots and zucchini with vibrant colors are placed on the plate. Cooked mushrooms with fish are placed on a plate and served hot. Enjoy your meal.
