  • 4 slices salmon (sliced slightly thickly into wedges)
  • 1 lemon _
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tea glass of walnuts (coarsely ground)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Baked Salmon Recipe?

  • We wash the salmon well. We strain the water and put it in a wide and shallow bowl.
  • We mix a whole lemon, half an orange, honey, mustard, salt, black pepper and peeled garlic in a bowl.
  • We mix the salmon and the sauce we prepared well and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Then we sprinkle the walnuts on the fish and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
