Ingredients for Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce Recipe

For salmon:

  • 2 slices of salmon
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 bunch finely chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper

For the dill sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 3 sprigs of dill (finely chopped)

How to Make Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce Recipe?

  • We wash the fish and dry it with paper towels, then place the salmon on a pyrex or baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To marinate the salmon, we crush the garlic in a separate place and add the other ingredients above to the crushed garlic and mix.
  • Finally, we apply this sauce on both sides of the salmon and bake it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • For the dill sauce: We add oil, butter and garlic to the sauce pot and sauté for about a minute.
  • Then we add the flour and roast it until the smell of the flour disappears. Then we add milk, salt and pepper and stir until it boils.
