With this baked salmon recipe with dill sauce, you will prepare a delicious fish that you can serve for dinner. Moreover, it is very, very practical! If the ingredients are ready, we will take you to the kitchen.
For salmon:
- 2 slices of salmon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 bunch finely chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of chili pepper
For the dill sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 milliliters of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 3 sprigs of dill (finely chopped)
How to Make Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce Recipe?
- We wash the fish and dry it with paper towels, then place the salmon on a pyrex or baking tray lined with baking paper.
- To marinate the salmon, we crush the garlic in a separate place and add the other ingredients above to the crushed garlic and mix.
- Finally, we apply this sauce on both sides of the salmon and bake it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- For the dill sauce: We add oil, butter and garlic to the sauce pot and sauté for about a minute.
