I hope you enjoy this original recipe that I made by buying frozen salmon from the market after work. A delicious meal that working and busy people can prepare quickly. The aroma of celery, a winter vegetable, combined with the flavor of salmon creates a delicious fish dish.
- 400 grams of salmon
- 1 piece of celery
- 4-5 shallots _
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 orange _
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 4-5 sprigs of parsley
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
How to Make Baked Salmon with Orange and Celery Recipe?
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Add shallots and celery chopped into rings.
- After sautéing a little in oil, add 3 tablespoons of orange juice and rosemary.
- Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. If it absorbs its water, add a little water. Add salt and remove from the stove.
- Celery is placed in the baking dish. In a separate bowl, chop and mix 5 tablespoons of orange juice, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and parsley.
- This mixture is spread on the salmon. Salmon are placed on celery. Pour the rest of the sauce over them. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
