- 1 onion _
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small celery
- 1 red capia pepper
- 2 pinches of black pepper
- 6 bay leaves
- 2 large salmon
- 2 slices of lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil (optional)
How to Make Baked Salmon with Vegetables Recipe?
- After laying fireproof paper at the bottom of the baking tray, let's put the potatoes on the bottom in a round shape.
- Then chop the carrots, red capsicum and celery and add them.
- Add garlic, onion and bay leaves.
- Add the salmon on top. Set the oven to 180 degrees.
- Cover it with fireproof paper and cook it in its own steam for the first half hour. Bon appetit!
