  • 1 potato _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small celery
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 2 pinches of black pepper
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 2 large salmon
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (optional)

How to Make Baked Salmon with Vegetables Recipe?

  • After laying fireproof paper at the bottom of the baking tray, let's put the potatoes on the bottom in a round shape.
  • Then chop the carrots, red capsicum and celery and add them.
  • Add garlic, onion and bay leaves.
  • Add the salmon on top. Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cover it with fireproof paper and cook it in its own steam for the first half hour. Bon appetit!
