  • 500 grams of sardine fish
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 capia peppers
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 1 lemon _
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 bay leaves

How to Make Baked Sardine Recipe?

  • Carefully clean the insides of the sardines from which you removed the heads. Leave the fish you washed in plenty of water in a strainer to drain the excess water. Then place it on a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Slice the onions into thin slices. Chop the extracted garlic into rings. Finely chop the parsley. Slice the lemon and add it to the fish.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, bay leaf, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour it over the fish and mix well.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  • You can serve it with arugula, pickles and lemon. Enjoy your meal!
